Some have said that “laughter is the best medicine”, and where I think there’s a strong case to be made for penicillin, or even ibuprofen, I do tend to agree with them.  So with that in mind, here’s a completely different spin on a popular moldy-goldy I’ve posted in the past (click HERE) to aid in the healing of all your stiff, aching joints and muscles.  And, if your off-season training has been going anything like mine, then you could surely use as much laughter as possible; a total blunderbuss of belly rolls, so to speak…
