Every athlete is always looking for the ‘perfect exercise’, or the ideal piece of cross-training equipment with which to build strength, lose weight, get ripped; what have you.  Everyone is looking for that ‘edge’ to their training.  Personally, I like the ergometer.  Others might steer towards Cross-fit.  Others still might rely on Boscu ball based workouts.

Here, however, is one piece of exercise equipment I am definitely scratching off my list of things to try:
